Pathfinder Fellowship Program to Recognize Industry Excellence


Scottsdale, AZ, September 28, 2007 – Incentive Logic, Inc. (ILI) announces the inception of its Pathfinder Fellowship Program, whereby management recognizes an individual’s unusual distinction in select specialized markets and the Board of Directors confers the Fellow designation. As an elite group from around the globe, ILI looks to its Pathfinder Fellows for guidance and leadership as the incentives market continues to evolve. In return, the Fellows share in ILI’s success while helping to improve their industry or specialization through their positive influence.


To become a Fellow, an individual shall have contributed significantly to the advancement of his or her field with an extraordinary record of accomplishment and shall recognize a confluence between their industry and the incentives industry. Other requirements include, but are not limited to, having held a senior executive position for over five years in his or her respective field, being able to serve a two-year term (with an option to renew), and possessing a high level of motivation to share experience and market intelligence that will influence business decisions.


Membership is open to individuals who meet these requirements and who are not currently affiliated with Incentive Logic as a member of the Board, an employee, or an immediate family member of either of these groups.
