Incentive Logic Pathfinder Dan Hoemke Presents Keynote Address at World Congress
Jun 09, 2008
Dallas, TX (June 9, 2007) —Dan Hoemke, Incentive Logic Pathfinder, will present a keynote address at the World Congress Executive Forum on Rewards and Incentives to Improve Employee Health June 10, 2008 at the Hotel Palomer in Dallas, TX. Entitled "Igniting Healthcare Consumerism with High Impact Incentives: From Benefit Plan Selection to Adoption of Healthy Behaviors," Hoemke's presentation will focus on how incentives and rewards can and should be utilized in the world of Consumer Directed Healthcare Plans (CDHPs). World Congress events convene CEOs and senior executives from all segments of the health care industry to exchange ideas and debate with thought leaders in order to foster innovative, solution-oriented approaches to advance health care quality, access and contain costs. Other companies and organizations presenting at the World Congress rewards forum include Aetna, Goodyear, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Weyco, HealthHonors, Waste Management and the Health and Human Capital Foundation, Research Triangle Institute International, among others.
"We are proud to share our incentive expertise at this august gathering," says Roger Hackett, CEO of Incentive Logic. "In this country, we have a long way to go in improving the state of healthcare and wellness and it's important that business leaders learn how incentives, when deployed strategically throughout the healthcare continuum, can move us forward, cost-effectively for the long term."
Hoemke posits that incentive and reward programs are typically limited to health promotion and wellness initiatives, often times used with limited effectiveness. This new world of CDHPs, however, provides an opportunity for expanded use of incentives and rewards to drive employee engagement in benefit plans, decision-making and in the optimization of personal health and wellbeing. The session will outline a strategic approach for designing and using incentive programs to achieve benefit plan and employee health objectives.
Hoemke and other Incentive Logic Pathfinders from around the globe, provide the company with targeted guidance and leadership in their specific areas of expertise.
